James Henning
A status hearing has been set in Geary County District Court for a Fort Riley soldier facing charges of sexual exploitation of a child, rape, and aggravated sodomy. James Henning, 40, was arrested last week by Junction City Police following a month long investigation involving distribution of child pornography.
Henning had been set for a preliminary Wednesday but defense counsel asked for and was granted a continuance of the case for status only on December 30th.
Henning was taken into custody following execution of a search warrant in the 100 block of East 12th Street in Junction City. His bond was set at five million dollars.
